Nike SB Adversary Shoes in Summit White, Hyper Royal and White. Guaranteeing stability with a secure, breathable fit, the Nike SB Adversary shoes are a modern take on an original 1982 Nike tennis shoe design. The low-top silhouette is equipped with a foam midsole and a combined lacing system that includes traditional lacing and ghillie loops that allow you to really lock in the foot for improved comfort and less movement, which is sure to positively impact all day skate sessions. A combination of suede and mesh have been selected for the uppers to allow for ventilation whilst also adding abrasion resistance at key areas such as the toe box, laces border and back of the heel. The tongue has been constructed from the same mesh with a padded insert and a woven two tone ‘Nike SB Adversary’ label positioned below its top edge. Synthetic leather Swoosh tick emblems sit on either side of the foot with elongated tips that wrap around the back of the heel below a heel tab that provides a base for bold ‘Nike’ lettering. Throughout the inside of the shoe a dense mesh lining flows alongside a thick EVA foam midsole and underfoot the vulcanised rubber outsole holds a grip-focused traction pattern with debossed ‘Nike SB’ lettering on the outer heel segment.

Recreated with skate-focused features, Nike SB have looked to their own archive and the work of legendary designer Bruce Kilgore to introduce the Nike SB Adversary into their contemporary selection of performance footwear. First seen as a lightweight tennis shoe, key elements of the low-cut design remain in place as an ode to its origins but for necessary abrasion resistance and impact protection, a EVA foam insole and herringbone tread pattern have been added alongside the use of durables suede and breathable mesh which work in harmony to provide a high level of comfort.
